Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Support & Coordination Executive who brings a strong sense of ownership, organizational excellence, and a passion for sales. This role supports the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and the broader sales team in driving operational efficiency, managing sales reporting, coordinating key sales activities, and contributing to lead generation and business development efforts.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. They will play a key role in enabling the sales team to stay aligned, meet targets, and execute strategic initiatives effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for sales reporting and coordination across regional teams.
  • Track and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely processing and documentation.
  • Compile and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
  • Analyze and consolidate individual and team sales targets, achievements, and pending deliverables.
  • Highlight performance milestones, challenges, and areas of improvement in reports shared with the CSO.
  • Maintain up-to-date dashboards and trackers for leadership visibility.


Executive Sales Coordination:

  • Manage the calendar and meetings of the Chief Sales Officer, ensuring timely follow-ups and action tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, follow through on key deliverables, and assist in sales presentations and business reviews.
  • Provide actionable insights and summaries of sales performance for CSO reviews.
  • Support in preparing business review presentations, performance trackers, and follow-up action plans.
  • Identify gaps in performance and escalate recurring issues to leadership.


Lead Generation & Sales Contribution:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing sales deals and client engagements.
  • Identify and nurture new leads through research, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Take ownership of small to mid-scale sales opportunities and contribute to closures where applicable.
  • Support proposal development, documentation, and coordination for sales pitches.
  • Actively contribute to driving business growth by helping convert qualified leads into opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and follow up with prospects where needed.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Ability to analyze sales data and present insights meaningfully.
  • High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or PMO

support.

  • Experience working with senior sales leadership (preferred).
