Job Description

Role Summary

The Sales Project Manager – Mobility will oversee strategic sales initiatives, lead cross-functional sales projects, and drive the execution of go-to-market plans for new and existing products. This role requires deep coordination across inside sales, operations, marketing, and partner teams to ensure timely delivery of targets, visibility of KPIs, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Program Management


  • Plan, execute, and track sales projects across D2C, B2B, and institutional channels.
  • Define clear objectives, timelines, and responsibilities for each project.
  • Drive alignment between sales targets and ground-level execution.


Cross-functional Coordination


  • Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.
  • Coordinate campaigns, lead management workflows, and fulfillment processes.
  • Work with external stakeholders such as hospitals, retailers, channel partners, and NGOs.
  • CRM & Process Oversight (LeadSquared)
  • Use LeadSquared CRM to monitor project progress, lead funnel movement, and campaign efficiency.
  • Optimize lead flow processes, automation journeys, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure sales teams maintain CRM hygiene across all active projects.


Performance Tracking & Reporting


  • Build project tracking dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for leadership review.
  • Track KPIs and identify bottlenecks for timely action.


Sales Enablement & Market Rollouts


  • Coordinate training, scripts, pitch materials, and SOPs for new product launches or campaigns.
  • Conduct post-rollout analysis and performance reviews.
  • Track revenue, margins, and sales-related costs across all mobility sales channels.
  • Monitor product-level and channel-level profitability and take corrective actions to improve contribution margins.
  • Work with the finance team to prepare monthly P&L reports and interpret financial performance.
  • Ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall financial goals and cost-efficiency parameters.


Requirements


  • 3–6 years of experience in sales program management, sales operations, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel dynamics in B2C and B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience with LeadSquared CRM (or equivalent) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in parallel.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Experience


  • Experience with mobility aids, medical devices, or assistive tech markets.
  • Experience working with institutional buyers: hospitals, eldercare centers, NGOs, or government agencies.
  • Prior involvement in product launches, regional rollouts, or channel expansion projects.
