Job Summary:

Servo, Stepper

Role & Responsibility:

• Experienced with handling sales in Automation and should have good knowledge of Control Systems 

  (Servo, Stepper,

   PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panel).
• Experienced in handling a team of at least 10 people
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the automation sector.
• Identify new business opportunities geographically and manage key customer accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings to enhance market presence.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and service coordination.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Minimum 

  6+ years

  of sales experience in industrial automation manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of automation systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

Technical Skills:

• Technical knowledge about automation products like 

  Servo, Stepper,

   PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panel.
• Proficiency in relevant software, hardware, and technical tools related to the products or services offered by the company.
• Knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / EC / IC/ BE
