Recruiting, hiring, and training - involved in building the sales team by recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales representatives

Motivating and coaching - ongoing coaching, mentorship, and motivation to enhance sales skills and performance

Checking eligibility and explain the recruitment and Immigration process.

Performance management - monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve individual and team performance

Creating and executing sales plans - develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. 

Optimizing the sales process - work to optimize the sales process, pipeline management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 

*Sales forecasting and budgeting: prepare sales forecasts and contribute to the overall sales budget. 

Reporting and communication: Sales Managers report on sales performance, market trends, and team activities to senior management. 

Staying up-to-date with industry trends: They keep abreast of the latest sales techniques, technologies, and best practices. Be responsible for generating sales through channel Partners.

Tracking and analyzing the counsellor performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly

Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue goals, sales result and market trends
