Senior/Sales Manager – Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior/Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop and implement growth strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. A flair for real estate and a strategic mindset are highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, track industry trends, and assess competitive landscapes.


Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research. Qualify and pursue opportunities aligned with company offerings.


Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.


Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that highlight Envision Next’s value proposition. Customize solutions to client needs.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives. Share market feedback for continuous improvement.


Required Skills


  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven experience in sales (Real Estate or B2B/B2C segments preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and managing client communications.
  • Good time management and multitasking ability.
