Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. Enforce adherence to company safety policies and legal regulations (e.g., BOCW, OSHA, etc.). Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions immediately. Organize and conduct safety induction and training programs for workers and staff. Maintain records of incidents, accidents, near-misses, and safety violations. Investigate accidents and prepare reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers and visitors. Supervise and ensure the installation and maintenance of safety signage and barricades. Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to promote a safety-first culture. Keep emergency response procedures updated and conduct periodic drills. Prepare daily and weekly safety reports for management review. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction safety supervision. Certification in safety courses (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and local labor laws. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
