Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Hyderabad (Pan-India Travel Required) Department: Business Development Type: Full-time About Dattatray Consultancy: Dattatray Consultancy is a pan-India and internationally registered hospitality consulting firm offering end-to-end solutions for restaurants, cloud kitchens, QSRs, resorts, and food businesses. Our services cover kitchen setup, menu planning, SOPs, costing, branding, operations audits, and business launch support. We specialize in turning ideas into scalable and successful food ventures. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be confident in client interactions, skilled in solution-based selling, and willing to travel for on-site meetings across India and potentially abroad. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Relationship Management: Manage inbound and outbound client communications (calls, WhatsApp, email). Schedule, attend, and follow up on virtual and in-person meetings. Understand client requirements and offer customized service solutions. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business leads through campaigns, referrals, and platforms. Maintain CRM with updated lead status and engagement tracking. Convert qualified leads into paying clients with strong sales follow-through. Sales Strategy & Proposal Management: Present service offerings and close deals based on client needs. Draft and send accurate proposals, pricing, and service documents. Handle basic negotiation and guide clients through onboarding. Site Visits & Client Consultation: Conduct on-site meetings and project assessments across different regions. Share visit insights and coordinate scope execution with internal teams. Internal Coordination: Liaise with branding, kitchen design, operations, and legal teams for project execution. Ensure smooth transition of closed deals into project execution phase. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Hospitality, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality or consulting. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Comfortable with field visits and outstation travel. Proficient in CRM tools, proposal writing, and basic Excel usage.
