Candidates with sales experience in one or more of the following will be highly preferred:

• BTL/Experiential Marketing Agencies
• Digital Marketing/Performance Firms
• SaaS Platforms in Loyalty or CRM
• Channel or Trade Marketing Consultancies

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish first contact, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and support closure of strategic, revenue-generating deals
• Identify and engage potential clients across FMCG, FMCD, BFSI & Agro. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive closures
• Understand client needs through market research and translate insights into actionable, solution-focused briefs
• Drive new opportunities via referrals, networks, and proactive outreach to grow the business pipeline
• Own the full sales process—from pitch to closure—including negotiations and structuring complex deals
• Manage existing accounts to maximize revenue, drive upsells, and ensure long-term satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, presentations, and execution alignment

Qualifications & Characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce; an MBA in Marketing is an advantage
• Minimum of 4 years in B2B consultative sales or business development roles
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and closing high-value deals, especially in FMCG or allied sectors
• Familiarity with sales to multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
• Strong negotiation, storytelling, and proposal writing skills
• High energy, dependable, detail-oriented, and excellent verbal/written communication
• Knowledge of FMCG ecosystems including trade channels, consumer behaviour, and anti counterfeit regulations
• Prior experience in Loyalty, Brand Rewards, or Consumer Engagement platforms is a strong advantage
