Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Site Sales Head ( Sales Manager ) to lead our sales team at our real estate sales office. The Site Sales Head will oversee Team Leads and Sales Executives, driving performance to achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional planning and organizational skills to implement effective sales strategies and ensure the team operates at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership:

  Supervise and mentor Team Leads and Sales Executives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Strategic Planning:

  Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging market analysis and team strengths.

• Performance Management:

  Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

• Sales Training:

  Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing training and development programs for the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing, closing, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and streamline processes.

• Client Engagement:

  Foster strong relationships with clients and channel partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

• Market Analysis:

  Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site/project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale real estate or construction projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
