This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Thiruvananthapuram JobType: full-time Requirements Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients in need of staffing and recruitment services. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers such as CXOs, founders, and HR leaders. Effectively present service offerings, building trust and credibility with prospects. Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads and opportunities. Work closely with the recruitment team to align sales efforts with successful service delivery. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, or consulting domains. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with fluency in English and Malayalam. Energetic, self-driven attitude with a strong desire to close deals and achieve targets. Ability to understand client challenges and confidently propose tailored solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
