Sales Development Representative


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify new leads
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and messaging
  • Research potential clients and understand their needs to tailor outreach
  • Work closely with Account Executives to support the sales cycle
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach and lead generation


Qualification & Skills


  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed performance metrics
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
