Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify new leads
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and messaging
Research potential clients and understand their needs to tailor outreach
Work closely with Account Executives to support the sales cycle
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach and lead generation

Qualification & Skills

1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance metrics
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
