What You’ll Do:

Research and build high-quality lead lists of ICP accounts and contacts

Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects

Book and conduct initial discovery meetings with decision-makers

Collaborate with founders to move deals through the pipeline

Maintain CRM hygiene and track key metrics

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience (SaaS/startup preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident on the phone, resilient, and curious

Organized, self-motivated, and outcomes-driven

Bonus: Experience selling to CX, support, or product leaders
