About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers

    by making outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts
  • Understand user needs

    and explain how BluPack’s services can benefit them and their families.
  • Educate customers

    about our healthcare solutions and address their questions.
  • Track and analyse sales data

    to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives

    by developing presentations and materials.
  • Collaborate with the team

    to enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Conduct Market Research at scheduled intervals to gather insights

  • Increase Customer Retention amongst existing users

Qualifications
