Job Title: Sales & Business Development SME Location: Zirakpur, Punjab Experience Required: 8–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time and Day Shift About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in S taffing and Recruitment Solutions . The ideal candidate will play a dual role in N ew Business Development and A ccount Management , leveraging E xisting Customer Relationships and delivering high-impact T alent Acquisition Solutions across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering domains. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing relationships and strategic outreach. Engage with I mplementation Partners, MSPs, and Direct Clients to offer our suite of staffing services: Full-time/Direct Hire Recruitment Contract Staffing (IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, Engineering) Talent Pipeline Development Solutions Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations tailored to client needs. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and vendor conferences. Account Management Serve as the P rimary Point of Contact for assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction, performance, and retention. Understand client hiring strategies and align service delivery with expectations. Facilitate regular check-ins, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Troubleshoot issues, ensure SLAs are met, and proactively address concerns. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. Track sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback using CRM tools. Stay updated on market trends, competitor insights, and industry best practices to provide strategic input to leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8–10 years of experience in S taffing Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management . Demonstrated success working with I mplementation Partners , MSPs , and D irect Clients . Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and client growth targets. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
