🧾 Job Title: Sales & Marketing ManagerLocation: Calicut (HQ) + Regional travel across South India Salary Range (CTC): ₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month + High-Performance Incentives Experience Required: 5–10 years in premium product sales or wellness/tech industries 👤 About the Role We are seeking a result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our high-ticket product sales and manage showroom/channel partner performance. This role will be critical in driving B2C and B2B sales for KYK Korea’s hydrogen and alkaline water systems, promoted under the SCOTTLUMIN brand in India and the Middle East. 🏢 About SCOTTLUMIN-KYKSCOTTLUMIN is the exclusive regional partner of KYK Korea – a global leader in hydrogen wellness, with 45+ years of legacy, 300+ patents, 92+ countries, and 11 million+ installations worldwide. Our products cater to high-net-worth individuals, wellness enthusiasts, healthcare institutions, and premium retail consumers. ✅ Key Responsibilities🔹 Sales Leadership Lead and drive showroom and channel sales performance across assigned territories Manage B2B and B2C leads for KYK ionizers and hydrogen water systems (₹97K to ₹20 Cr range) Coordinate with showroom merchandisers, telecallers, and franchise partners Manage lead funnel via CRM, track conversion cycles, and report KPIs Organize roadshows, awareness campaigns, and on-site demos 🔹 Marketing & Demand Generation, and execute local marketing strategies with the central branding team Collaborate with the digital team for WhatsApp campaigns, performance marketing & lead magnets Monitor competition and update sales materials and USP-based product pitches Build offline visibility via branding, posters, and a premium showroom experience 🔹 Client Interaction & Closure Conduct KYP (Know Your Prospect) analysis for HNIs and institutions Perform personal presentations, product demos, and close high-value deals Assist in financing/EMI coordination and referral-based cross-selling 🔹 Reporting & CoordinationSubmit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management Collaborate with accounts, operations, and service departments for end-to-end order fulfillment Attend internal review meetings and contribute to quarterly target planning 🛠️ Key Skills & Requirements Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management 5–10 years of proven experience in premium product sales or wellness/tech sectors Excellent negotiation, communication, and HNI handling skills Comfortable using CRM software, AI sales tools, Google Sheets, and mobile tracking apps Fluency in English + at least one South Indian language (Malayalam preferred) Must have a 4-wheeler / two-wheeler & willingness to travel 🌐 Tech & AI Adaptability (Mandatory)All candidates must be well-versed in modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, sales automation software, CRM dashboards, and WhatsApp-based selling. Tech-savvy sales professionals will be prioritized.
