Key Responsibilities Conduct primary and secondary research to collect relevant data. Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts. Identify trends and generate insights to support planning and strategy. Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and product development. Assist in data-driven decision-making for business strategy and operations. Skills & Competencies Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical and data visualization skills. Attention to detail with a keen analytical mindset. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and ability to multitask independently. Basic understanding of research methods and data interpretation. Familiarity with survey or market research tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey) is an advantage.
