Digital Marketing Strategist Location : Kochi, Kerala Job Type : Full-Time | On-Site | Permanent NXL Technologies is hiring a strategic, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute high-impact digital campaigns from our Kochi office. This role goes beyond execution—you’ll own the strategy , guide the team, and drive performance across multiple platforms. If you have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and love crafting smart, data-backed campaigns, we want to meet you. About the Role You will be responsible for developing end-to-end digital strategies —from brand awareness to conversion—across performance channels like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Your work will directly impact lead quality, campaign ROI, and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement holistic digital strategies that align with business goals and audience behavior. Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Build effective lead generation funnels with strong CTAs, nurturing sequences, and retargeting loops. Create content plans and manage multimedia production (videos, graphics, animations). Oversee and improve SEO/SEM performance , content ranking, and technical SEO. Use Google Marketing Platform (GMP) tools —Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio—to monitor and improve campaign performance. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy. Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to execute your strategic roadmap. Keep pace with digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strategic planning background. Ability to develop, lead, and scale digital strategies across multiple platforms. Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing tools : Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Knowledge of target audience segmentation , funnel building, and customer journey mapping. Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices (Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.). Working knowledge of graphic design, video editing , and creative collaboration. Experience with GMP tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Proactive mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
