Job Overview:

Sara Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and expanding the company's market presence within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competition in the healthcare sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, hospitals, and healthcare providers to enhance the company's market position.
  • Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the market share.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing regular updates on performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and regulations in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and support regional sales efforts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and own conveyance should must have.
  • Computer skills: Must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and other computer skills related to the sales.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare market and an established network within hospitals and healthcare providers.
