Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and revenue goals within the region.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:

    Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Product Knowledge & Expertise:

    Develop a deep understanding of the company's wires and cables products, their applications, and the relevant industry standards.
  • Compliance & Reporting:

    Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Relationship Building:

    Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
