Job Description: Regional Sales and Marketing Manager 

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the sales and marketing efforts for our telescopic drawer channels across the designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and enhance brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for furniture hardware fittings.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets, ensuring expansion and penetration into key sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize productivity and performance.

• Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to align strategies, gather market insights, and contribute to product enhancements.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and stakeholders.

• Ensure on-time delivery commitments and adherence to comprehensive warranty standards, reinforcing the company’s value proposition.

• Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote product awareness and brand reputation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the furniture hardware or related industry.

• Strong understanding of furniture hardware fittings or similar hardware products is highly preferred.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of leading successful sales teams.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis for sales performance tracking.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
