We are looking to hire a Full-Time Recruiter who is enthusiastic about sourcing talent, managing candidate experience, and maintaining real-time recruitment data to drive smooth execution. Position: Full-Time Recruiter📍 Location: Remote (Work from Home) 📆 Working Days: Monday to Saturday ⏱️ Work Schedule: Flexible hours (Accountability-Based Role) 💻 Joining: Immediate preferred Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through various channels: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, etc. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified profiles. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/client partners. Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle and ensure a seamless experience. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers in real-time. Prepare and share regular recruitment status reports and dashboards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines. Ensure timely documentation and follow-ups post-selection.
