📢 Talent Potential Consulting is Hiring: Full-Time Recruiter (Remote Role) About Us: Talent Potential Consulting is a global HR consulting firm offering innovative and scalable solutions across Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, Learning, and HR Automation. We work with clients across India, the US, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, and beyond—bridging HR gaps with agility, expertise, and a deep understanding of business needs. We are looking to hire a Full-Time Recruiter who is enthusiastic about sourcing talent, managing candidate experience, and maintaining real-time recruitment data to drive smooth execution. Position: Full-Time Recruiter📍 Location: Remote (Work from Home) 📆 Working Days: Monday to Saturday ⏱️ Work Schedule: Flexible hours (Accountability-Based Role) 💻 Joining: Immediate preferred Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through various channels: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, etc. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified profiles. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/client partners. Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle and ensure a seamless experience. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers in real-time. Prepare and share regular recruitment status reports and dashboards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines. Ensure timely documentation and follow-ups post-selection.
