Experience : 5+ Years

Note : Work from Yangon City of Myanmar

Objectives :

Ensure software products meet quality standards and requirements before deployment.
Identify and resolve defects in software applications.

Scope :

Test Planning: Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
Test Execution: Perform manual and automated testing of software components including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Defect Management: Log, track, and manage defects, and work with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues.
Test Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on test progress, defects, overall quality status and adherence to SLAs.
Collaboration: Engage daily with the Design & Development (D&D) team to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to testing processes and tools based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
Performance Metrics: Defect discovery rate: 100% of critical defects identified before release.
Test coverage: 100% of documented requirements tested.
Quality Standards: QA deliverables must meet industry best practices and client specific standards.
