We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through manual and/or automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve bugs and usability issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform manual and/or automated testing for web, mobile, and/or desktop applications
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
• Ensure software meets specified requirements and industry standards
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in QA

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies
• Basic knowledge automation tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Knowledge of test management tools 
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python)
• Understanding of API testing (Postman)

• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent are a plus
