The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on test automation using Python. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by designing, developing, and maintaining automation test suites and identifying opportunities for process Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
• Execute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and track defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure software quality across the SDLC.
• Propose and implement automation frameworks and best practices.
• Identify and drive process automation opportunities to improve testing efficiency and speed.
• Ensure adherence to QA methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide test coverage analysis, risk assessment, and reporting on QA metrics.
• Support CI/CD integration for automated testing in the development Skills and Qualifications :
• 7- 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on automation using Python.
• Strong experience in automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Behave).
• Hands-on experience in writing and maintaining test scripts and test data.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman or frameworks like Requests and Pytest.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote environments and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).
• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
• Prior experience working in a fully remote team setup.
• Experience with database testing and writing SQL queries.
