Job Summary:

Python-based automation testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using

  Python

  for data pipeline validation.
• Perform

  ETL testing

  to verify data extraction from source systems, transformation logic, and loading to data warehouses.
• Validate data integrity, data completeness, and business rules in staging and final datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Developers to understand data flow and transformation logic.
• Implement

  unit, integration, and regression testing

  frameworks for ETL workflows.
• Troubleshoot and log defects, and verify fixes in subsequent releases.
• Use tools like

  PyTest

  ,

  unittest

  , or

  Behave

  for automation; use

  SQL

  for data validation.
• Work with scheduling/orchestration tools such as

  Airflow

  ,

  Informatica

  ,

  Talend

  , or similar.
• Document test cases, results, and data validation processes for audit and quality assurance.
