About Us PracticePanel is a cutting-edge platform helping candidates prepare for job interviews with mock assessments and AI-driven feedback. RcruitPanel is our AI-led Applicant Tracking System (ATS), designed to simplify and automate recruitment processes for modern hiring teams. We are scaling fast and looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer to join our team in building scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems for both platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python (preferably FastAPI or Django) Develop RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations Implement secure authentication and authorization systems Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL and design efficient data models Optimize backend performance and handle large-scale concurrent traffic Integrate with services like AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS), Redis, Celery, or similar Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to deliver new features Write clean, maintainable code with proper testing (unit & integration tests) Maintain Git repositories and follow agile practices (JIRA or Trello boards) Requirements 2–5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer Strong understanding of web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) Proficient in API design and system architecture Understanding of asynchronous programming and message queues (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka) Familiarity with Docker , CI/CD pipelines , and Linux-based deployments Experience with cloud services , preferably AWS Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus Skills Experience with AI/ML pipelines or OpenAI APIs Prior work on ATS or HR Tech platforms Familiarity with frontend tech (React, Next.js) for occasional integration work Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSocket APIs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kharar, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Python: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7837176960
