Job Description: Project Team Lead (ERP - Zoho) Position: Project Team Lead Experience: 4 to 5 years Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Team Lead with hands-on experience in ERP tools, particularly Zoho , to oversee project execution, ensure seamless team coordination, and drive successful ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage ERP implementation projects , ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Oversee the customization, integration, and optimization of Zoho ERP tools to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, consultants, and stakeholders) to ensure smooth project execution. Define project scope, set objectives, and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Zoho ERP applications . Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and data integrity policies. Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support for ERP-related queries. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation within the ERP system. Maintain clear documentation of project plans, system configurations, and user manuals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field . 4 to 5 years of experience in ERP project management and implementation. Hands-on experience with Zoho ERP tools (Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, etc.). Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and automation within ERP systems. Experience in team management, stakeholder coordination, and project execution . Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and scripting related to Zoho applications is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Zoho ERP tools or Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification) is an added advantage. Experience in data migration, system customization, and automation within Zoho ERP. Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and third-party integrations .
