Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software and web development projects (web, mobile, backend).
• Assign tasks, set milestones, monitor progress, and manage resource allocation across teams.
• Coordinate effectively between UI/UX designers, front-end and back-end developers, QA analysts, and deployment teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Conduct and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project performance, mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
• Maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing software/web development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Slack, GitLab, Google Workspace, and other collaboration platforms.
• A technical background or hands-on experience working with development teams is a strong plus.
