Project Manager

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Project Manager specialized in the Digital Marketing space to lead client communication, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Web Design, Email Marketing, E-commerce, etc.), excellent leadership skills, and a good grasp of how to integrate AI tools for improved efficiency.

You’ll be the bridge between clients, internal team members, and AI tools, ensuring projects are aligned with client goals, executed efficiently, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:Project & Client Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and regular communication
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable project plans
• Gather and structure client requirements effectively for the internal team
• Conduct kickoff calls, progress updates, and project reviews with clients

Team Leadership

• Assign tasks, set timelines, and manage team workflows using project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, ClickUp, Trello)
• Monitor team productivity, ensure quality control, and resolve roadblocks
• Motivate and support team members to hit delivery targets consistently

Digital Marketing Oversight

• Possess working knowledge of SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing, Web Design, Content Marketing, CRM setup, etc.
• Guide team members with strategic inputs, especially during campaign ideation or web project discussions
• Collaborate with creatives, developers, analysts, and marketers to align workstreams

AI & Automation Integration

• Utilize AI tools for process automation, task delegation, reporting, and optimization
• Stay updated with AI trends in digital marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Notion AI, etc.)
• Recommend and implement AI solutions to improve workflow and delivery efficiency

Quality & Delivery

• Track deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality output
• Conduct regular reviews with QA, design, and content teams before final delivery
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients using insights from tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, email campaigns, WordPress/Shopify websites, and branding
• Proven experience in handling 10+ team members across departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must)
• Expertise in using tools like Basecamp, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation platforms
• Strong problem-solving attitude, highly organized, deadline-driven

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in Digital Marketing, PMP, or Agile methodologies
• Experience with international clients (US, Canada, UK)
• Knowledge of heatmaps, conversion optimization, and email deliverability tools
• Hands-on with tools like Figma, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Semrush, Mailchimp, etc.

Compensation:

Competitive based on experience, with performance incentives and an opportunity to grow into a Delivery Head or Operations Lead role.

Growth Path:

This role offers a fast-track opportunity to grow into Delivery Head, Client Success Manager, or even COO based on performance and leadership ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
