Job Title: Manager – Waste Management & IEC Monitoring 📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu 📊 Experience Level: 1–3 years in project management, field operations coordination 🌐 Key Responsibilities Portal Monitoring & Data Oversight: Monitor field executives’ daily activity logs through the digital portal/dashboard. Ensure timely and accurate data entry related to IEC activities, vehicle crew engagements, and community outreach. Track performance metrics (e.g., number of households covered, awareness events conducted) and highlight gaps or inconsistencies. Team Coordination & Support: Supervise and guide field executives, ensuring alignment with IEC objectives. Communicate daily tasks, resolve field-level escalations, and provide feedback based on portal reports. Conduct random field visits or video calls to verify on-ground execution and provide hands-on support. Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports from the portal to be shared with municipal authorities and internal stakeholders. Analyze trends in public response, awareness levels, and campaign effectiveness to suggest data-driven improvements. Training & Capacity Building: Organize regular training sessions for field executives on data entry, use of the portal, and best practices in IEC activities. Ensure field staff understand performance metrics and reporting standards. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for municipal officers, NGO partners, and project consultants regarding field progress and IEC execution. Provide updates in review meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to strategic planning. 🌟 Desired Experience & Skills Prior experience in monitoring field operations, data portals, or MIS systems.
