Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our in-house team at our Interior/Architectural firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution—from drawings and documentation to BOQs and on-site coordination. The role requires a strong technical background, project leadership, and prior experience in an architectural firm. Key Responsibilities · Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on design and scope of work. · Review and create architectural/interior drawings including layouts, sections, and working details. · Coordinate with internal teams including architects, designers, and procurement personnel to ensure timely execution of projects. · Handle end-to-end project management , including planning, scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups. · Monitor project progress, site activities, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. · Manage communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors. · Maintain project reports, track actionable tasks, and keep all stakeholders informed. · Conduct site visits to assess project status and resolve on-ground issues. Qualifications & Skills · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) is mandatory. · 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an architectural or interior design firm . · Proficient in AutoCAD , Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools. · Strong understanding of architectural and interior detailing, materials, and construction processes. · Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
