Your work profile

Roles and Responsibilities

Experience in Capital Markets on FX/IR/Equity/CDO Products with strong product knowledge.

Good understanding of product/trade life cycle, front to back, along with end-to-end trade operations.

Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid approaches). Proficiency in Project Management Tools (JIRA, MS Project etc.)

Ability to drive an agenda and consensus across multi-functional and cross-regional/cross-geography teams. Communicates clearly and concisely ensuring issues are escalated and understood.

BA: Skilled in developing Business and Functional Requirement Documents for new initiatives and collaborate with traders, risk, finance, analytics, operations and technology teams.

PM: Lead and participate in working groups, workshops and with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project plans, manage timelines and ensure successful delivery of the project.
