Position Title : Program Manager – MIS & Analytics Location : Gurgaon Reporting To : Business Head Role Overview A reputed player in the fashion and lifestyle sector is seeking a results-driven Program Manager – MIS & Analytics . The role is central to enhancing organizational intelligence and performance through streamlined reporting, data analytics, and insights-led decision-making. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and will work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational initiatives across various business functions. Key Responsibilities Design and manage an end-to-end MIS architecture that supports business performance tracking across key functions. Develop and automate dashboards and regular reports that provide actionable insights to leadership teams. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational efficiency. Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and analytical solutions. Ensure data governance and integrity across systems, ensuring consistency in reporting frameworks. Support strategic business reviews, budgeting, and forecasting through robust analytical models. Monitor and evolve KPIs across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ideal Candidate Profile Graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline; Master’s in Business Analytics or MBA preferred. 6–10 years of experience in MIS and business analytics, ideally in consumer-oriented industries such as retail, FMCG, or eCommerce. Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines. Ability to work in high-confidentiality environments with strategic data sets. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
