Role Overview:

Program Associate

This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow in academic operations, especially those coming from EdTech or higher education environments.

What will you do?

• Ensure

  smooth academic operations by managing schedules, LMS updates, and class plans.

• Handle

  end-to-end evaluation cycles including setup, execution, and data entry.

• Track

  and maintain accurate student performance data and academic reports.

• Conduct

  regular phone-based support for students and parents, addressing queries and concerns.

• Coordinate

  with mentors, faculty, and internal stakeholders to ensure academic alignment and timely escalations.

• Maintain

  mentor dashboards, feedback, reports, and follow-up logs.

• Contribute

  to building centralized dashboards and process automation over time.

You should apply if you have

• Proficiency

  in Excel and Google Sheets (data handling, automation).

• Familiarity

  with LMS tools and evaluation management systems.

• Basic understanding

  of university data formats and grade conversions, academic workflows, and evaluation cycles. Familiarity with student engagement strategies, support mechanisms, and tools used for reporting and performance tracking.

• Prior experience

  managing 150+ students per cohort with strong coordination across faculty and academic teams. Excellent communication skills, especially for student and parent interactions. High ownership, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to resolving academic and operational issues
