Description
Plan, organize, and execute offline brand activation projects across retail, residential, institutional, and public spaces
• Manage field teams, event promoters, freelancers, and supervisors
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors (fabricators, printers, etc.), and third-party agencies
• Oversee budgeting, material dispatch, production timelines, and quality control
• Liaise with clients and brand managers to align execution with objectives
• Provide daily project updates, post-event reports, and photo/video documentation
• Ensure all on-ground activities comply with brand guidelines, safety norms, and local permissions (as required)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in BTL, events, or activation agencies (e.g., CupShup, Laqshya, Encompass, Candid, Wizcraft)
• Strong network of vendors, manpower suppliers, and freelancers
• Excellent people management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight turnarounds
• Proficient in reporting, Excel, and basic client servicing etiquette
• Willing to travel for on-ground execution, sometimes on weekends
