Role and Responsibility: Recruitment & Staffing (Specialist) Manage end-to-end recruitment process for marketing, retail and management positions. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and ensure timely onboarding of new hires. Maintain a recruitment database and develop a strong candidate pipeline. Administration & HR Operations oversee strong office administration including transport and house keeping, maintanence. Ensure timely start and smooth running of production lines. Supervision & Line Management Supervise sewing, cutting, finishing, and packing departments.
