Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Location: Mehsana (Jornang), Gujarat Designation: Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive Experience: 2 to 4 Years CTC: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month CTC Gender: Male Department: Production / Operations Functional Area / Specialization: Production Planning, Inventory Management, Process Coordination, Manufacturing Scheduling, Dispatch Planning Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering Additional certification in Production/Inventory Planning (preferred) Key Skills: Production planning & scheduling Inventory & material planning (MRP) Strong Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis) ERP/MRP software knowledge (Tally ERP, SAP, etc.) Coordination with production, purchase, stores & dispatch Daily MIS reporting Strong communication, pressure handling & follow-up skills Knowledge of BOM, routing & capacity planning Job Profile (Key Responsibilities): Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules Coordinate with the production team for timely job completion Monitor raw material & tool availability; raise requirements Track WIP, finished goods & material flow Handle production delays and urgent order rescheduling Coordinate with purchase, stores, and dispatch teams Analyze plant capacity and suggest improvements Maintain production documentation and MIS reports Follow up with all departments to prevent production loss Ensure quality and delivery timelines Support monthly audits and reviews Generate reports on production status, material use & tracking Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions Walk-In Interview Details: Interview Dates: 29th & 30th May 2025 Time: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM Location: Aeron Composite Ltd.
