Job Title :- HR Executive-Recruiter Location :- Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai Experience :- 1 To 3 Years of Experience Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and communication. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
