Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Defining Software Architecture: Creating a Blueprint: Designs the overall structure of the software, including its components, relationships, and how they interact.
• Selecting Technologies: Choose the appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms for the project, considering factors like scalability, performance, and security.
• Designing for Scalability and Maintainability: The architecture should be designed to handle future growth and changes, ensuring that the software is easy to maintain and evolve.
• Guiding the Development Process: Translating Business Requirements: Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
• Leading the Development Team: Leads the development team, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Collaboration and Communication: Working with Stakeholders: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the software meets their needs. Researching and Evaluating Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and evaluate their suitability for the project.
