Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lectures and interactive sessions on diverse Psychology topics for Pre-Graduate Teach (PGT) classes.
• Develop and implement innovative curriculum and instructional materials tailored to meet academic standards and student needs.
• Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and educational technology to enhance classroom engagement and ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Assess, grade, and provide constructive feedback on student performance while maintaining rigorous academic standards.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, discussion, and academic excellence.
• Engage in continuous professional development and collaborate with peers to integrate best practices in Psychology education.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: A strong academic background in Psychology, with a relevant Master's degree and valid teaching certification.
• Must-Have: Proven prior experience in teaching at the pre-graduate level, along with a deep understanding of educational theories and practices in Psychology.
• Must-Have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Preferred: Experience in curriculum design and integration of digital learning tools and resources in classroom settings.
• Preferred: Demonstrated experience in mentoring or guiding students beyond standard curriculum requirements.
