Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Business, or Operations preferred); MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus. 12-15 years of experience, including 5+ years managing outsourced vendor operations in a manufacturing or high-precision production environment. Strong understanding of vendor governance, contract management, SLA negotiation, and compliance frameworks. Exposure to managing external labor partners, processing units, and service vendors in a structured, performance-driven manner.
