Applore is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can scale and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate should have a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in running high-ROI ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ROAS while reducing CPA.Implement conversion tracking, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports with actionable insights.Optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to measure and optimize performance. Key Requirements:5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, managing multi-platform ad campaigns.Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Pinterest Ads.Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and ad optimization techniques.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party ad tracking tools.Hands-on experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance KPIs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with eCommerce or D2CKnowledge of automation tools & AI-driven marketing strategiesGood communication skills #Hiring #PerformanceMarketing #Techhiring #Automation #AI
