Story Digital is a creative-first digital agency that crafts bold, performance-driven campaigns. We’re looking for a Media Planner who blends creative thinking with analytical strategy to drive real results for our diverse portfolio of brands.


💼 What You’ll Do:

🔹 Strategize Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with strategy and account teams to build media plans aligned with business goals and KPIs
  • Use data-driven insights to reach the right audience, at the right time, in the right places

🔹 Audience & Trend Research:

  • Dive into research tools to understand audience behavior and media habits
  • Track market trends, benchmarks, and competition to keep strategies sharp

🔹 Channel Planning & Execution:

  • Select the most effective media channels:
  • Digital (Google, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, Search)
  • OTT (Hotstar, Jio, SonyLiv)
  • Programmatic, Native Ads (Spotify, Tinder, Cricbuzz, etc.)
  • Balance budget, reach, frequency, and ROI for every campaign

🔹 Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Track key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), conduct A/B testing, and adjust in real time
  • Use tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Insights to guide optimizations

🔹 Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative team to align messaging, formats, and timing
  • Ensure every campaign feels on-brand and platform-optimized

🔹 Vendor & Platform Coordination:

  • Manage media partners, negotiate rates, and explore new ad tech and media opportunities

🔹 Reporting & Insights:

  • Deliver clear performance reports, campaign learnings, and actionable recommendations

✅ What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital media planning (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other ad platforms
  • Understanding of performance marketing principles and optimization
  • Familiarity with tools like SimilarWeb, SEMrush, or any media research database
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A proactive mindset with a love for data, trends, and storytelling through numbers
