A fast-scaling online learning venture, we design cohort-based programs that equip graduates and professionals with in-demand tech and business skills. Leveraging data-driven acquisition funnels and personalized learner journeys, we operate at the intersection of education, technology, and career services across India and global markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full-funnel paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to achieve aggressive CPL and ROAS targets.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns, managing multi-crore monthly budgets with rigorous A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Develop data dashboards, monitor cohort economics, and translate insights into rapid bidding, creative, and landing-page iterations.
  • Coordinate with Content, Creative, and Product teams to craft compelling ad copies, videos, and conversion-optimized funnels.
  • Implement pixel, GTM, and server-side tracking to ensure end-to-end attribution and compliance with data-privacy norms.
  • Forecast pipeline, present weekly reports to leadership, and mentor junior marketers on best-in-class growth frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 3-6 years hands-on performance marketing experience in B2C SaaS or EdTech.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or similar BI/visualization tools.
  • Proven track record of achieving sub-industry CPLs and 4x+ ROAS on eight-figure spends.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets and SQL basics for cohort and funnel analysis.

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Clevertap.
  • Knowledge of creative testing frameworks, UGC sourcing, and video ad production.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
