We're looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Executive to join our Bhubaneswar team and manage paid marketing campaigns that deliver high ROI across platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to determine the most effective variations. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates. Adjust strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Create detailed performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform-specific insights. Collaborate with content, creative, and strategy teams to develop effective ad copy and creative assets. Drive campaigns focused on business-specific goals such as lead generation, app installs, website traffic, or eCommerce sales. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role. Hands-on experience with managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio. Good understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. Strong communication and coordination skills.
