Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, performing market research, developing effective marketing strategies, and working closely with the sales team to boost customer acquisition and engagement. Daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, managing ad budgets, and coordinating with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) , Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and QCom Ads.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of campaigns, ensuring KPIs like ROAS, CPV, CPA and CTR are met.
  • Execute performance marketing strategies tailored for E-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates (Meta, Google, GA4, etc.).


Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, specifically with Meta and Google Ads. 
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce performance metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of ₹5L+ (or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4 etc.
  • Bonus: Experience with QCom Ads / DSPs or affiliate platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Google excel sheet & reporting structure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in FMCG sector is a plus
