Outreach Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads
  • Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales or partnerships team
  • Maintain CRM with accurate records and pipeline updates
  • Build and manage lists of prospects based on target criteria
  • Assist in crafting outreach messaging and improving conversion rates
  • Track outreach metrics (open rates, response rates, meeting set rate)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging



What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or outreach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance goals
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or tech is a plus


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or cold outreach tools
  • Experience setting appointments for account executives
  • Understanding of lead segmentation and buyer personas
