Key Responsibilities:‬

1. Training Operations & Coordination‬

‭ ● ‬ Coordinate with trainers, students, and internal teams to schedule live classes,‬

assessments, and webinars.‬

‭ ● ‬ ‭Ensure timely communication and efficient management of training timelines.‬

2. Learner Engagement & Support‬

‭ ● ‬ Manage student queries, track attendance, resolve concerns, and support a seamless‬

learning journey.‬

‭ ● ‬ ‭Drive learner accountability and re-engagement for improved course outcomes.‬

3. Placement Coordination‬

● ‬ Assist the placement team in managing student data, scheduling interviews, and‬

preparing learners for hiring processes.‬

‭ ● ‬ ‭Liaise with corporate hiring partners for interview logistics.‬

4. Process Optimization & Reporting‬

‭ ● ‬ ‭Identify gaps in operational workflows and suggest improvements.‬

‭ ● ‬ Maintain updated reports related to training progress, student feedback, and placement‬

outcomes.‬

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration‬

‭ ● ‬ Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Academics teams to ensure operational‬

processes align with business objectives.‬

‭ ● ‬ Contribute to pilot projects and cross-team initiatives that drive growth and learner‬

success.‬

Preferred Skills:‬

‭ ● ‬ ‭Proficient in English and Hindi communication‬

‭ ● ‬ ‭Strong organizational skills with attention to detail‬
