Role Description: Operations Executive (Remote – Full-Time)

Operations Executive

Coordinating job scheduling and technician dispatch
Ordering necessary parts and managing inventory
Communicating with customers and handling queries
Securing service authorizations from clients
Maintaining clear communication between internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations or operations management
Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
