Role: Full Stack Node.js Developer

We are seeking talented and driven Full Stack Node.js Developers with 2 to 3 years of solid hands-on experience to join our core Enterprise Product Engineering Team.

You’ll be working on large-scale enterprise-grade software platforms that demand performance, reliability, and clean architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services using Node.js
• Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to clean, reusable code
• Assist in writing technical documentation and system design
• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment activities
• Mentor junior developers as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related fields
• Candidates with Honours in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, or Electronics are also welcome

Technical Skills:

Backend:

• Node.js (minimum 2 years hands-on experience)
• RESTful API development

Frontend (Preferred):

• React.js
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX

Database:

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, subqueries)
• Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL

Tools & Practices:

• Git version control (GitHub or GitLab)
• Exposure to application security principles
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile workflows

Soft Skills

• Passion for clean code and solving real-world problems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and within a team
